Tinker and Robotics Club - Interest Meet

Service Description

We have had such a great response to our tinker and robotics classes that we want to start a more regular Tinker club that will meet once or twice a month beginning in January! We will have an activity for kids. You can come and learn about our plans and give your input about what you would like to see. The fee covers a simple robotics project for the kids! We want this to be a fun, hands-on introduction to circuits, machine learning, and basic principles of robotics. This will not be a competition group or competitive club. Instead we want to focus on understanding how machine learning and robotics come together to create all the things we use in our every day lives. We will use our Makerspace, follow ideas that the kids have and learn the basics of coding. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore a new learning opportunity and make new friends! Pre-Requisites: Children must be 4 by November 1, 2024 to participate. No writing or reading ability is needed. Fees: This interest meeting will be $8 per tinkerer. Regular club fees will be more like Science Club which is a set monthly fee. Maximum club size will be 14 students. *All class fees are non refundable once the class has started. All deposits are non refundable once paid*
