Jr. Science Camp - Earth Science Edition

Service Description

Each day we will explore a science concept through messy experiments and science projects! This year Science camp is covering the wonders of the earth! Wednesday, June 25, Thursday, June 26 and Friday June 27 for kids 4-8yrs old from 9:00am-12:00pm! A snack is provided. Each child will need a water bottle! Wednesday we will explore how rocks are form and what causes erosion Thursday we are going to learn about fossils and cave science On Friday we are going to learn about glaciers and create volcanoes while we learn about what makes a volcano explode! To register for our Jr. Science Camp please fill out the form below. Spaces are limited. You can sign up for individual days of science camp this year! We have hands on, sometimes messy activities planned for each day so come dressed to play! If you have more than one child who will be at camp there is a 20% sibling discount. Please register your first child and reach out to us for a discount code for any additional children at jessie@shoalseer.org. Please see our other session for children 8yrs old and up! Camp fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different summer session with at least 48hrs notice and depending upon availability. Deposits are not refundable. You will receive an invoice via email for the full balance which is due a June 1. Our philosophy is that children learn best through hands on, play based experiences and we want to nurture a spirit of play within each child! **There will be a release form to sign before the first day of camp! You can sign it in person or print and sign the copy that will be emailed to you**
