Camp Legend - Monday, June 2

Service Description

Each day we will explore different monster legends and we have paired that with some epic survival skills. Camp Legend is a unique experience designed for children from rising 1st to 7th grades. On their journey toward becoming monster experts, campers learn all about the legends from around the world, some geography and map reading skills, survival skills like making a snare and creating a adventure bag full of all the things you need in the woods, myths, storytelling and more–all with the goal of unleashing the monster expert inside them. Monday. June 2: On our first day of camp we are learn about what survival skills are, how to find or make a shelter and cooperatively build a den as a group while learning how to tie a myriad of different knots. Our legend for the day is the Minotaur. To register for our Camp Legend please fill out the form below. Spaces are limited. Camp fees are $60 for an individual day, per child and this includes all the things needed for the activities of the day and the projects they will take home. We have hands on, sometimes messy activities planned for each day so come dressed to get a little messy. If you have more than one child who will be at camp there is a 20% sibling discount on the whole week fee, but not on individual days. Camp fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different event. Our philosophy is that children learn best through hands on, play based experiences and we want to nurture a spirit of play within each child! **There will be a release form to sign before the first day of camp! You can sign it in person or print and sign the copy that will be emailed to you**
