This class will focus on six beloved authors! AA Milne the author of Winnie the Pooh JR Tolkien the author of the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings CS Lewis the author of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe Beatrix Potter the author of Peter Rabbit Margaret Wise Brown the author of Goodnight Moon Mary Shelley author of Frankenstein We will focus on one author each week, learning about what inspired them to write such beautiful works! At SEER we incorporate hands on learning with sensory activities, and more! This is a wonderful opportunity to explore a some of our favorite authors and make new friends! We have a list of recommendations to enhance this study at home that you will receive in January! Pre-Requisites: Children must be 4 by January 1, 2024 to participate. No writing or reading ability is needed. Fees: This class will meet for six sessions. Each lesson will build upon itself. Class fees are $75 per student with a 30% sibling discount available. The full class fee is due when you sign up. If you need a different payment schedule please reach out to us at shoalseer@gmail.com. Maximum class size is 14 students. You can sign up for our entire Tuesday class block which has an included lunch period from 12:00-12:30pm. This is a drop off class. We are a small business and we have maximized our class space which means we only have a small space for parents to wait, but you are welcome to utilize it if you prefer! *All class fees are non refundable once the class has started.
